Write in English. If your message is about an order that has already been placed, put the order number in the first line — it is the difference between an answer and a conversation about which order you mean.
What to include
- About an order — the order number, and what you would like to happen.
- About a return — the order number and the piece you are sending back. We reply with the return address; do not post anything before you have it.
- About sizing — the piece, and your own measurements at bust, waist and hip. Every product page carries the garment's measurements in centimetres and in inches, so the two can be compared directly.
- About a date — tell us the date. It is the one piece of information that changes the answer.
Where we are
Saraura trades from Bologna, Italy. There is no shop counter and no showroom, so please do not send anything to a street address you have found elsewhere — returns and any other post go only to the address we give you by email.
