The same anywhere we send — Bologna or Boston. We would rather charge one honest price than dress up a cheaper number for some countries and recover it from others.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched within three to four days. Every order is sent with tracking, and the tracking number reaches you by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Delivery then usually takes a further six to twelve working days. Some destinations run longer. We pay for the faster service on every order rather than the cheapest one, because the difference is a few days at the tail and those are the days that matter.
In practice, allow two to three weeks from order to doorstep.
If you are buying for a fixed date
Read the paragraph above again, and count backwards from the day you need it.
If your date is less than three weeks away, write to sarauraofficial@gmail.com before you order. Tell us the date and the piece. We will tell you honestly whether it can be done — and if it cannot, we would rather lose the sale than have a dress arrive the morning after the wedding.

Elsewhere — Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.
If your country is not named above, checkout will not be able to offer you a shipping method. We would rather tell you that here than let you fill in an address and find out at the last step. Write to sarauraofficial@gmail.com and say which country, and we will look at opening it.
Duties and import taxes
Orders sent outside the European Union may attract import duties, taxes or a handling fee on arrival. These are set by the destination country, not by us, they are not included in the price you pay here, and they are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. Customs authorities may also open a parcel for inspection.
Orders within the EU are not subject to further import charges.
Addresses
Please check the delivery address before you pay. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be redirected, and a parcel returned to us because the address was incomplete will need to be sent again at the ordinary rate.
If something goes wrong
If tracking stops moving, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, write to sarauraofficial@gmail.com with your order number and we will take it up. Do not wait — the sooner a parcel is queried, the more can be done about it.
