Terms of use

These terms govern your use of saraura.eu and any order you place through it. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Saraura, trading from Bologna, Italy. You can reach us at sarauraofficial@gmail.com, which is the address for every question, order query, return and complaint.

2. Using this site

You may use the site to browse and to buy. You must be at least 18, or have the involvement of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to give accurate information at checkout — in particular a delivery address and an email address that work, since both are how your order reaches you.

3. Products, prices and availability

Prices are shown in euro. Shipping is calculated and displayed before you pay; nothing is added afterwards.

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, and publish its measurements for each size. Photographs are a guide: screens render colour differently, and a shade can look warmer or cooler than it is.

Availability shown on the site comes from the same record checkout uses, but stock can move between a page loading and an order completing. If a piece sells out after you have ordered it, we will tell you and refund you in full.

If a price is displayed with an obvious error, we are not obliged to sell at it. We will tell you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email acknowledges that we have received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the order. We may decline an order — for example where a piece is unavailable, where we cannot ship to the address given, or where we cannot take payment — and if we do, nothing is charged.

5. Payment

Payment is taken through PayPal at the time you order. We never see or store your card details. Full detail is on Payment methods.

6. Delivery

Orders are dispatched within three to four days and sent with tracking. Shipping rates and the countries we serve are on Shipping.

We do not publish an arrival date, because transit is in the carrier's hands rather than ours. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Orders sent outside the European Union may attract import duties or taxes, which are set by the destination country and payable by the recipient.

7. Changing your mind

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within fourteen days of receiving it, without giving a reason, and you then have fourteen days to send it back. Return postage is paid by you. The full procedure is on Returns, and nothing in these terms reduces that right.

8. Faulty or misdescribed goods

If a piece is faulty, damaged in transit or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right at our cost. The EU legal guarantee of conformity gives you two years from delivery, and it applies in addition to the fourteen days above.

9. Our content

The text, photography, design and code of this site belong to Saraura or to the people who licensed them to us. You may look at them, and share a link. You may not copy, republish, resell or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. What you may not do

• Use the site unlawfully, or in a way that damages it or interferes with anyone else's use of it.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of it, or to any account or server, that you are not authorised to reach.
• Scrape, harvest or systematically copy its content.
• Place an order with false details, or with a payment method you are not entitled to use.

11. Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses, since this site sells to consumers.

Nothing here limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything on this page.

We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of error. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

12. Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere — to PayPal, or to a carrier's tracking page — those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer rules of the country you live in, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts.

If something has gone wrong, please write to us first at sarauraofficial@gmail.com. Most things are settled faster that way than anywhere else.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
