01 Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Saraura Fashion ("Saraura," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at saraura.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saraura Fashion, a business registered in Bologna, Italy.

04 Products & Pricing

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography
• Prices will automatically display in your local currency based on your location. Your transaction will be processed in the currency shown at checkout. All duties and local taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order

05 Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email.

We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available). All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

06 Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping. Estimated delivery:

• Italy: 2–4 business days after dispatch
• EU: 5–10 business days after dispatch
• International: 10–20 business days after dispatch

07 Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and software — is the property of Saraura Fashion or its licensors, protected by Italian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bologna, Italy.

EU consumers may also submit disputes to the EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
