  • Items with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items that arrived damaged or defective

❌ Not Eligible for Return

  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Custom or personalised orders (monograms, custom sizing)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive accessories
