Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about shopping with Saraura.

Orders

Because every Saraura garment is made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for crafting before your order ships. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once dispatched.
We begin crafting your order shortly after it's placed. If you'd like to make changes, please contact us at support@saraura.com within 12 hours of ordering. After that, modifications may not be possible as production will have begun.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also visit our Order Tracking page for step-by-step tracking instructions.
We sincerely apologise! Please contact us at support@saraura.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item received, and we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide! Delivery estimates after dispatch:
  • Italy: 2–4 business days
  • EU: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over €75. For orders below €75, a flat shipping rate applies based on your destination. Check our Shipping Policy for exact rates.
Orders within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For international orders, customs fees and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Custom or personalised items are final sale. Visit our Return & Exchange page for complete details.
Simply email us at support@saraura.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 24 hours.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later — where available). All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Visit our Payment Methods page for details.
Absolutely. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your credit card details on our servers. Your checkout is protected with enterprise-grade SSL encryption.
Yes! We offer Klarna as a Buy Now, Pay Later option in supported regions. You can split your payment into interest-free instalments at checkout. Availability depends on your location.

Products & Sizing

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in centimetres. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the chart. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. For personalised help, email us your measurements at support@saraura.com.
Absolutely! Because our garments are made to order, we can accommodate custom sizing and small modifications — a different belt, custom length, or a monogram. Contact us before ordering to discuss your requirements. Please note that custom items are final sale.
We photograph our garments carefully, but colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting. Because each piece is crafted individually, there may also be very subtle natural variations — this is part of the artisanal character of your garment.
