Shipping Zones & Delivery Times

We ship to customers worldwide. Please review the estimated delivery times for your region:

  • Domestic (Italy): 7-10 business days
  • European Union: 10-15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 12-18 business days
  • United States & Canada: 15-20 business days
  • Rest of World: 15-25 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times from the date of shipment. Processing time (1-3 business days) is additional.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over €100 (select regions)

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs office upon delivery
  • We cannot predict or control these charges - please contact your local customs office for estimates
  • Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the package being returned; original shipping costs are non-refundable

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
